SEND
Parsonage Farm Nursery and Infant School is a mainstream school with a maintained nursery. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum for all children, within a caring and secure environment. We set suitable learning challenges that encourage high expectations and respond to children’s diverse individual learning needs, ensuring every child succeeds.
Some children experience barriers to learning, which may mean they require support that is additional to or different from that provided for their peers. In school, we offer a range of support, including Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) sessions and Speech and Language sessions for children with a Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) plan. These sessions are delivered by class teachers and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
Our ELSAs are Mrs Kelly and Mrs Lewis.
These are all trained practitioners who work under the direction of the SENDCo and Head Teacher with vulnerable children.
If you are concerned about your child's progress, please make an appointment to see your child's teacher at the earliest opportunity.
The SENDCo for our school is Miss Georgia Petty, who can be contacted via the school office 01252 548003 or via email g.petty@parsonagefarm.hants.sch.uk
The Link Governor for SEND is Mrs Michelle Denard, who can be contacted via the school office.
